Welcome to Lala Hari Chand Seva Sadan. By booking a stay with us, you agree to follow the terms and guidelines mentioned below. These terms are designed to ensure a peaceful, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests.

By staying at Lala Hari Chand Seva Sadan, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Lala Hari Chand Seva Sadan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the accommodation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only through phone call or WhatsApp communication. Guests are required to provide accurate details including guest name, number of guests, and dates of stay.

The management reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its discretion.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and management approval.

Identification Requirement

All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in. Accommodation may be denied in the absence of valid identification.

Code of Conduct

To maintain the sanctity and peaceful atmosphere of the dharamshala, guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

Any form of misconduct, nuisance, or disturbance will not be tolerated. The management reserves the right to cancel the stay without refund in such situations.

Food Policy

Only pure sattvic food is allowed within the premises. Consumption of non-vegetarian food, alcohol, smoking, or any intoxicants is strictly prohibited.

Meals served at the premises are sattvic and prepared using desi ghee.

Prohibited Activities

  • Alcohol, smoking, and drugs are strictly prohibited
  • Loud music, parties, or private functions are not permitted
  • The premises are intended only for pilgrimage and peaceful stay purposes

Use of Property

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas throughout their stay.

Any damage caused to the property or facilities may result in additional charges payable by the guest.

All facilities and amenities should be used responsibly.

Occupancy Policy

Guests must not exceed the permitted number of occupants in rooms or halls. Group bookings should be communicated in advance to the management.

Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, cancel bookings, or evict guests in cases of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.

Liability

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Management shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
